    By the end of Session 3, your business exists on the internet. A simple website that says who you help and how. Branded business social pages. A content tool stack installed and ready.     You leave withYour 30-Day Marketing Engine

    Content strategy for a founder with a day job means one thing: it has to fit in the hours you have. In Session 4 we build a 30-day content calendar you can actually run, an AI-assisted content workflow that gets a week of posts written in an hour, and a lead magnet that starts building an audience while you sleep.   5. Sell and Pitch

    You leave withYour Offer Pitch

    The final session is where the program becomes a business. Pricing psychology. The offer pitch. A sales conversation script you can rehearse. How to handle 'let me think about it.' Where first clients actually come from and how to reach three of them before the program ends. The story behind the work

I built a business while I still had a job. I built the program I wish I had while I did it.

I was born in Canada, raised in Ghana from the age of three with my family, where our roots are, and returned to Canada at eighteen. I have built my life and career here since. That return was the first reset I ever made. It taught me something I have never let go of: clarity is what makes movement work.

Bringing Talents to Life started the way most meaningful work does. Quietly. Friends and family were sending me their resumes for help, and I could see what they could not see in themselves. I had a real skill for resume strategy, interview preparation, and personal brand positioning, and that skill was changing outcomes. In the same year I launched, while still working a full-time corporate role, I helped over 15 professionals land roles they had told me felt out of reach. That is when BTTL stopped being a side project and became my work.

No. The program is built for people who still work a 9-to-5. That is the whole point. The BTTL position on this is direct: a single job is not a strategic career plan. This program is how you build the second thing while the first one is still paying you.

No. The program teaches AI tools that are designed for people without engineering backgrounds. If you can write an email, you can run the workflows we teach. We name specific tools, hand you the prompts, and demo them live in every session.

You need an idea to apply. It does not have to be validated, refined, or even good on paper. It has to exist. Session 1 is where we pressure-test it. Coming in with three half-ideas is fine. Coming in with none is not the right fit for this cohort.
